Our new oversized policy wallet, the Investor has a die-cut flap with Velcro close. It is a hardcover book with 10 oversized (11.5"H x 9.75"W) poly pages open on the inside long edge for document security. The spine capacity is about 1.75" with plenty of expansion room.
